Samsung’s Defense Off To A Head-Scratching Start In Apple Patent Trial

AppAdvice writes, Samsung just made its defense against Apple’s claim of patent infringement substantially more difficult. After presiding judge Lucy Koh refused to allow as evidence several internal Samsung concepts, the Korean company’s legal team leaked the documents to the media.
