AppAdvice writes, According to a new report from Bloomberg, both Apple and Qualcomm recently attempted to purchase exclusive access to chip supplies from Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), but failed, as the chip supplier instead wishes to avoid signing an exclusive deal.
