The UK’s Apple vs. Samsung Ruling In a Nutshell…

Macgasm writes, Apple has been battling it out in court over Samsung allegedly stealing the iPad’s design with their Galaxy Tab 10.1. Recently the battle came to an end in the UK, when a judge ruled that while the iPad is “cooler,” the Galaxy Tab 10.1 doesn’t show enough similarities to be considered infringing. The Judge stated that Apple must publish a notice on their website stating that Samsung in fact, did not steal the iPad’s design.
