Macgasm writes, Today at Apple’s quarterly earnings call, Tim Cook confirmed that OS X Mountain Lion will indeed be released via the Mac App Store tomorrow. OS X Mountain Lion will retail for $19.99 and will only be available digitally, unlike other releases of OS X which were distributed via DVDs or flash drives. If a user purchased a new Mac running OS X Lion on or after June 11th, 2012, they will receive an update to Mountain Lion free of charge after filling out a form.
