Patently AppleThomas Silkowski, a citizen of New Jersey, has filed a class action law suit against Apple alleging violations of the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act (TCCWNA). Mr. Silkowski alleges that Apple's iTunes violates the New Jersey Act.
